We want you to be happy with your purchase, but due to the nature of our services (e.g., custom video production, design work), refunds are offered under specific conditions. The following guidelines apply:

  • Explainer Videos & Video Production: If the final product significantly deviates from the original specifications agreed upon in the contract, we will make reasonable efforts to revise the work until it meets the agreed criteria. If the revisions do not satisfy your expectations, a partial or full refund may be considered.

  • Design & Branding Services: For branding, UX/UI design, and other creative services, refunds are available only if the delivered work does not align with the agreed-upon brief or if it falls below the quality standards as outlined in our agreement.

  • Other Services (e.g., consultations, content creation): Fees for consultations or one-time projects are non-refundable once the service has been provided or delivered.
  • Digital Guides and Books: We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for the Ad Conversion Code guide. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please be specific with your refund request feedback.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You notify us of your dissatisfaction within 14 days of receiving the final deliverables or the completion of the service.
  • You provide specific feedback and documentation outlining the issue or concerns with the service or product.
  • We have failed to meet the agreed-upon scope of work as outlined in the contract or service agreement.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following services and items are non-refundable:

  • Custom or Personalized Work: Once a project has been started or completed (such as custom videos, branding, or personalized design), it is non-refundable.
  • Completed Deliverables: No refund will be issued after final deliverables have been approved by the client.
  • Consultation Fees: Fees paid for consultations, planning, or meetings are non-refundable, as these are part of the initial process of the service.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Detailed Information: Include your order number, the date of the service, and a description of the issue.
  3. Submit Supporting Evidence: If applicable, provide any relevant documentation, such as emails, project files, or communication that supports your refund request.

Once your refund request is submitted, it will be reviewed, and we will notify you of our decision within 10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

6. Modifications and Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify your order or service if necessary. You will be notified of any cancellations, and any payments made will be refunded in accordance with the policy.
